该设备主要用于将整片LVT 复合材料按照生产工艺要求分切成所需的尺寸。

该设备为组合式生产线，自动化程度90%以上，通过PLC连接控制，配合智能识别和精确定位装置，可实现完整的智能自动化生产。

该设备中的原位转角装置为我司自主研发的新型转角送料装置，具有占地少，自动定位识别，精确转角等特点。

2、使用靠边定位送料装置和智能定位检测装置保证片材的位置精度。从而确保原材料分切后尺寸一致无误差。

3、PLC触摸屏控制，增强人机交互操作，整体自动化程度极高，提高生产效率和产品质量，降低生产成本。

4、使用自主研发的刀具自动固定装置。实现刀具的快速有效固定，刀具定位准确，省时省力。

5、使用自动收料翻板装置配合转向收集装置，可自动收集、翻转、堆叠成品料。
